1. Eligibility
To participate in the Subscriber Rewards Program, you must:
- Have an active paid subscription to any Hileon plan (Profile Pro, Business Pro, or Ultimate)
- Have Cloud Backup enabled with a verified email address
- Use the Hileon Budget Tracker app (log at least one financial entry) for 7 consecutive days during the reward period
- Be 18 years of age or older
2. How It Works
The program operates on a weekly cycle. Each week, subscribers who meet the eligibility criteria are qualified for that week's reward. Qualification is tracked automatically through Cloud Backup — your app usage streak is recorded securely in your cloud account.
When a reward period is active, you will see a progress indicator in the app showing your current streak. Upon qualifying, you will be notified and entered into the reward pool for that week.
3. Rewards & Payment
Reward amounts and structure are determined by Hileon and may vary by subscription tier and promotional period. Rewards are distributed weekly to selected qualifiers via:
- Zimbabwe: EcoCash mobile money transfer
- International: Wise bank transfer (you may be offered an optional affiliate link to create a Wise account)
- Alternative: Cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC) to a wallet address you provide
You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Hileon is not liable for transfers sent to incorrect details provided by you.
4. Selection Process
Winners are selected from the pool of qualified subscribers each week. Selection may be based on engagement metrics (such as longest consecutive streak, most consistent usage, or breadth of features used) or by random draw among qualifiers, at Hileon's discretion. The selection method for each reward period will be communicated within the app.
5. Data & Privacy
Participation data collected includes: your subscription plan and dates, app usage dates (for streak verification), qualification status, and payment details you provide when claiming a reward. This data is stored securely in Firebase Firestore and is accessible only to you and Hileon administrators.
Your financial data (expenses, income, etc.) is never used for reward selection — only usage streak data is considered. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
6. Program Changes & Termination
Hileon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Subscriber Rewards Program at any time, with or without notice. Changes to reward amounts, eligibility criteria, or program structure may occur between reward periods. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
7. Disqualification
Hileon reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Manipulates or attempts to manipulate streak data or usage metrics
- Uses multiple accounts to increase qualification chances
- Obtains a subscription through fraudulent means
- Violates any applicable laws or these program terms
8. General
This program is a subscriber loyalty benefit offered by Hileon Budget Tracker and is not a sweepstake, lottery, or game of chance. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Google, Apple, Firebase, or any third party. Tax obligations on rewards are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
